calisthenics . meets meditation . meets law-of-attraction
Calisthenics is a key component of well-being and coupled with healthy eating and a delightful spiritual practice, will make your life SOAR! Calisthenics is now commonly known as "gym class" or "boot camp", but to my knowledge has never included any other modalities until now. caliZENix incorporates multiple modalities including life-supportive food suggestions (coming soon by email) and schmoozing our subconscious into new and better behaviors. Meditation, energy practices and law-of-attraction techniques will be applied at each caliZENix class.
And the best part: no sweating required, or at least not much.
From Wikipedia: The word calisthenics comes from the ancient Greek words kálos (κάλλος), which means "beauty", and sthénos (σθένος), meaning "strength". It is the art of using one's body weight and qualities of inertia as a means to develop one's physique. A longstanding urban legend has claimed that the exercise was named after one of its earliest promotors, the Greek historian Callisthenes.[1]
And, as Mr. Portokalos says in My Big Fat Greek Wedding, "there you go." And, sorry, but no amount of Windex is going to give you a lean body.
